Court Payments

1. Pay fines by mail.
-The East Bernard Municipal Court accepts Cashier's Checks or Money Orders ONLY. Do not send Personal Checks . They will be returned.
-Mail to East Bernard Municipal Court, 704 Church Street, East Bernard, TX 77435.

2. Pay fines in person.
-East Bernard Municipal Court is located inside East Bernard City Hall, 704 Church Street, East Bernard, TX 77435.
-Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, and Cash are accepted in person.

3. Pay fines after hours.
-Fines may be left in the red drop box located by the flag pole outside of East Bernard City Hall.

4. Pay fines by phone.
-You can 979.335.6558 and request to pay your citation over the phone.
-There is an additional processing fee for this service. 

5. Pay fines online.
-You may visit here to pay your citation online.
-You will need your citation number to process your payment. 
-There is an additional processing fee for this service.

IMPORTANT:

-IF YOU FAIL TO TAKE CARE OF THIS CITATION, THE RENEWAL OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE WILL BE DENIED AND/OR WARRANTS FOR YOUR ARREST WILL BE ISSUED.  ADDITIONAL CHARGES & FEES MAY BE ASSESSED.

-For Driver’s License, expired registration, and defective equipment violations you may submit proof of compliance/correction via email to be reviewed for dismissal. Dismissals are subject to an administration fee of $10.00. Your citation will not be dismissed before the administration fee is received.

-Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility (No Insurance) will be dismissed upon presentation to the Court proof that the vehicle was covered by a valid policy at the time of the ticket.

-JUVENILES (under 17 year) MUST appear in court with his/her parent or legal guardian.

-ALL alcohol/tobacco violation involving minors MUST contact the court.
